Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Philadelphia so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please notify us 24 hours in advance .
Insurance and Payment Options
Our office is set up to help our patients minimize financial barriers which may stand in the way of proper dental health and an attractive smile.
For those who have dental insurance, we ask that you bring your benefit information and booklet with you on your first visit. Your insurance plan will often pay a portion of the costs of your treatment. Our office staff are experts at understanding and maximizing the benefits that your insurance provides and explaining them to you. You will receive a written estimate of your treatment options. We handle all the paperwork for you, submit your claims and collect the benefits directly from the insurance company. For that portion of the costs not covered by your insurance, we offer several options:
- Patients can pay their estimated out-of-pocket costs on a per visit basis. We accept VISA, MasterCard, MAC and personal checks.
- A 12 month, 0% financing plan is also available.
We accept majority of PPO and traditional dental plans. However, if you are unsure, please free to give us a call and we will gladly check to see if we participate with your specific dental insurance
Our own “In Office Dental Plan”
If you are one of the many individuals or families without dental insurance, we offer a special “In Office Dental Plan” (IODP) to help make routine dental care and maintenance more affordable. Our low annual fee covers two cleanings and check-ups per year, includes doctor exams and all necessary x-rays, plus an additional 15% discount for most dental services.
Under our IODP a family of four can save as much as $1,000/year on their check-up visits alone!
